• Costa Rica Trip Advisor is not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or disputes related to the services provided by these suppliers.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Payment for services must be made in accordance with the payment terms and conditions specified at the time of booking.
• Any additional fees or charges imposed by suppliers, such as taxes or gratuities, are the responsibility of the Customer.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Customers are responsible for adhering to these cancellation policies.
• Costa Rica Trip Advisor is not responsible for refunds from suppliers, and any refunds are subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions.

• Customers are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover potential risks.

6. Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica
• Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Costa Rica.
